Early-bird registrations are accepted up until November 10, 2025 (23:59) CET.

Full registration includes access to the entire conference program, including coffee breaks, lunches and all social events.
1-day registration includes access to all sessions, coffee breaks, lunch and the social event on the selected day.
Additional Tickets
If you would like to invite a guest to attend the Welcome Reception and/or the Conference Dinner, you can buy additional tickets:
- Welcome reception (Wednesday, December 3rd): 80 CHF
- Conference dinner (Thursday, December 4th): 120 CHF
Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations received after November 15, 2025, will not be refunded, except under special circumstances. Please contact the organizing committee for further assistance.
